the Residency
Beaconhouse International Teaching Residency is a one-year paid program for undergraduates, postgraduate/master’s graduates from diverse disciplines, and early career or newly qualified teachers (ECTs and NQTs). It offers practical teaching experience at TNS Beaconhouse, an innovative and globally benchmarked IB school with a focus on project-based learning. This residency offers a unique opportunity to refine teaching skills, engage with international best practices, and contribute to shaping young minds. Open to passionate educators worldwide, the program supports cross-cultural exchange, bringing diverse pedagogical approaches to Pakistan while enriching learning experiences for both teachers and students.
